2. Vendor Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to any individual or entity who registers on the Platform to list, offer, or provide
wedding-related services through Wedsi Ltd.
Vendors acknowledge and agree that Wedsi Ltd acts solely as an intermediary and not as a party to any
transaction between Vendors and Customers. Wedsi facilitates the listing, discovery, and booking of
services but does not provide, own, or control the services offered by Vendors.
All payments made by Customers for Vendor services are received by Wedsi Ltd on behalf of the Vendor and
are transferred in full to the Vendor at the price set by the Vendor. Wedsi does not deduct any
commission from the Vendor's earnings. A separate service fee may be charged to the Customer to cover
platform and payment processing costs. This fee is retained by Wedsi Ltd and is added on top of the
Vendor's listed price. It does not reduce the Vendor's payout. Vendors remain solely responsible for the
performance, delivery, and
legal compliance of the services they offer.
2.1 Vendor Eligibility & Account Setup
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to offer the services you list.
- You must provide accurate business details, including legal name, service description, and bank
details for payouts via Stripe.
- We reserve the right to verify your identity and listings. Providing false or misleading
information may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
2.2 Subscription & Payment Plans
- Vendors are required to subscribe to a payment plan to list services.
- Subscription fees are paid monthly or annually via Stripe and are non-refundable except where
required by law.
- Access to certain features may be limited based on your subscription tier (e.g. number of
listings).
- If payment fails or your subscription lapses, your listings may be paused or removed.
2.3 Listing Creation Rules
- Provide honest, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Only upload images, videos, and content you have legal rights to use.
- Not post duplicate listings or misleading titles.
- Select the correct category for your service to ensure user trust.
We may remove or edit listings that violate these rules or appear spammy, unsafe, or inappropriate.
2.4 Listing Accuracy & Responsibility
- The accuracy of the information in your listings.
- The delivery and quality of the service offered.
- Pricing transparency, availability, and meeting your advertised terms.
Wedsi acts solely as a facilitator. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or losses
caused by inaccurate listings or vendor misconduct.
2.5 Cancellations & Refund Policy Setup
You must clearly set your own cancellation and refund policy on each listing.
Customers will be informed of your policy at checkout.
Disputes arising from unclear or absent cancellation terms will favour the customer.
2.6 Creating & Managing Bookings
- All bookings must be accepted, declined, or modified within the platform.
- You are expected to confirm availability before accepting a booking.
- Customers must be informed promptly of any changes, delays, or inability to deliver.
- You may not pressure or coerce clients into accepting changes outside the agreed service.
Wedsi reserves the right to intervene if excessive disputes or complaints arise regarding your
bookings.
2.7 Messaging with Users (Liability Limitations)
- You must not engage in harassment, spam, or mislead users.
- While Wedsi reserves the right to access and review messages at any time, we do not actively monitor all communications.
- Wedsi is not liable for the content, promises, or negotiations that take place via messages.
If a dispute arises, only written agreements confirmed on the booking screen are considered valid.
2.8 Order Management (Reschedule, Cancel, Complete)
- Managing your own calendar and availability.
- Promptly marking orders as complete, cancelled, or rescheduled in the system.
- Contacting users directly in case of emergency cancellations or reschedules.
Failure to manage orders professionally may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your
account.
2.9 Disputes & Service Completion
- Payments are held by Wedsi Ltd until service completion. Vendors are encouraged to document delivery with photos or written approval to protect themselves.
- Customers have 7 days after the vendor marks the service complete, to raise a dispute, accompanied by clear evidence (e.g. photos, messages).
- If no dispute is raised within 7 days, funds are automatically released to the Vendor and cannot be reversed.
- If a dispute is raised with supporting evidence, Wedsi will pause the payment while both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter through communication.
- If both parties reach an agreement (e.g. partial refund), Wedsi will process the outcome accordingly. If no agreement is reached within 7 days of the dispute being raised, funds may remain held until mutual written agreement or legal resolution is provided.
- In cases of clear non-performance (e.g. vendor no-show), Wedsi may issue a full refund to the Customer.
- Wedsi does not adjudicate disputes and is not liable for service quality, satisfaction, or disagreements. Customers and Vendors are expected to conduct due diligence and keep appropriate records.
Wedsi Ltd acts solely as a facilitator of payments and communication between Customers and Vendors and is not a party to the service agreement between them.
2.10 Payment Timelines & Vendor Payouts
- All vendor payouts are processed by Wedsi via direct bank transfer.
- Funds are typically released within 14 days after the event has been marked as complete, unless a dispute is raised.
- Customer payments are collected via Stripe; Stripe’s processing times and risk controls may affect overall timelines.
- You are responsible for ensuring your bank account remains active and accurate.
Wedsi is not liable for payout delays caused by Stripe, incorrect bank details, or incomplete vendor information.
2.11 Reviews & Ratings
- Customers may leave public reviews after an event.
- You may not remove, edit, or suppress reviews unless they violate our review guidelines.
- Wedsi reserves the right to moderate reviews but does not guarantee removal.
- Attempts to manipulate or artificially inflate ratings may result in suspension.
2.12 Duplicate Listing Policy

Repeat violations may result in account removal.
2.13 Account Suspension or Termination
- You violate these Terms.
- You are the subject of multiple serious complaints.
- Fraud, harassment, or unlawful conduct is reported or suspected.
We reserve the right to take such action at our discretion to maintain platform integrity.
2.14 Data Usage & Privacy Obligations
- You agree to only use customer data (e.g. names, contact details) for the purpose of fulfilling
bookings.
- Misusing or sharing customer data without consent is a breach of GDPR and may result in account
termination and legal action.
Vendors must comply with UK data protection laws when handling customer information.
2.15 Vendor Conduct Expectations
- Treat customers with professionalism and respect.
- Deliver services as described, on time and to a reasonable standard.
- Avoid discriminatory or offensive behaviour.
- Maintain up-to-date listings.

transactions between Customers and independent Vendors. Wedsi Ltd does not provide, endorse, or control
the services listed by Vendors and is not a party to any agreement formed between a Customer and a
Vendor through the Platform.
All payments made by Customers for Vendor services are collected by Wedsi Ltd on behalf of the Vendor.
The amount paid to the Vendor reflects the full advertised price of the service. An additional service
fee may be charged to the Customer at checkout to cover platform and payment processing costs. This
service fee is retained by Wedsi Ltd and is separate from the Vendor’s earnings.

- All payments are collected by Wedsi Ltd and held until service completion. After completion, funds are released to the Vendor unless a dispute is raised within 7 days of service being marked as complete.
- If a dispute is raised, both parties will be given an opportunity to provide evidence and communicate in good faith between each party to resolve the matter within 7 further days.
- If no resolution is reached but no substantial evidence is provided, funds will be released to the Vendor.
- If substantial evidence is provided and the dispute remains unresolved, Wedsi may hold funds until mutual agreement is reached or a legal resolution (e.g. court decision) is provided.
- In clear cases of non-performance (e.g. vendor no-show), Wedsi may issue a full refund to the Customer.
- Wedsi acts solely as a facilitator of payments and is not responsible for dissatisfaction, service quality, or unresolvable disagreements between users and vendors.
